General trading conditions
This license refers only to products bought through/over Nouschka Design and not to any products of the free product range. It lies in the responsibility of the buyer to read and understand the license . If there are any uncertainties, please they send an email to info@nouschka design.com
Nouschka Design keeps all copyrights over the contained material. The buyer purchases not the product, but only the rights over the use of the product.
It is forbidden for the customer to distribute the product, wether in awhole or in parts. The moreover it may not place the product neither in the InterNet nor in a network, where it is made accessible to third parties. Within a household it is however legitimately. The buyer acquires the copyright to any derived work, with which the product is used, is presupposed that none of the original materials can be pulled out of the provided product.
Other copyright rights should result e.g. with Merchantresouces, can be gathered in the attached Readme. We recommend each customer to read each customer the attached Readme of a product exactly, because there are often important information contained.
Products bought from Nouschka Design, may not be used for illegal purposes.
In the case that a buyer is not content with the product, a refunding can be given. Refunding are subject to the discretion of Nouschka Design and depend on the present valid remote discussing law. If a refunding took place, it is to the responsibility of the buyer to delete the product and to pass this on in no case or work even thereby.

In principle you have here the right to recall regarding to thefaraway mercantile law the contract without reason within 14 days. The period of revocation begins with the receipt of the supplied commodity. For the preservation of time the revocation should be sent in time. The revocation is written by post office or by fax to explain by E-Mail or on another durable data medium or by return of the supplied articles in relation to Nouschka Design, Anja Moebius, Hebelstrasse 6, 79650 Schopfheim.
After sending off of the revocation you are obligated to the return of the goods on danger of Nouschka Design. Please you clarify with us before, at which postal address your return should be sent. The price of the sent back goods ,possibly already paid, will be returned immediately when the articles arrived at Nouschka design.
Articles which have been acquired via electronic download a payback via Nouschka Design will only take place if the customer convincingly proves, that the article is not for use for him.
The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, those according to your specifications was made. That means: For all individually for you personally manufactured article (e.g. article with signature mark, personal text or trained picture), we can unfortunately grant no revocation or return right for commodity supplied duly by us to you. The legal regulations for unsatisfactory supplies remain naturally unaffected.
As far as there is nothing different, furtheron requirements of the orderer - no matter from which arguments - are impossible. Nouschka Design is not liable therefore for damage, which have not occured at the deliverred article itself; in particular Nouschka Design is not responsible for escaped profit or for other fortune or personal injuries of the orderer. As far as the adhesion is excluded from Nouschka Design or limited, this applies also to the personal adhesion of employees, representatives and executing aides.
Prices
All prices apply only to supplies from the Shop of Nouschka Design. We reserve ourselves to change the prices of the products offered in our Shop at any time.
Here a not transferable license will hand over to the buyer for the use of all contents. The buyer may use the materials for each private and commercial project so long it is secured that the original work cannot be derived from Nouschka Design from it and none of the points before specified were hurt. The buyer may make a private backup, which is exclusively for the personal archives. The customer keeps this license, even if Nouschka Design decides, the sales of the product at a later time to adjust or at another price sell. For this the current quotations apply.
Nouschka Design may extract the license only if it is proven that the buyer hurt the regulations of the license, as described above at any time.
The buyer has to give always truthful data to Nouschka Design. That applies in particular to the inquiry of the personal data.
The customer has no demand of compensation in any case. Also Nouschka Design can be sued for compensation in no case , if the customer with its order does not obtain success. The moreover Nouschka Design does not cling with damage cased through third parties. Nouschka Design points each liability in this regard from itself.
To these general trading conditions as well as the entire business relations between Nouschka Design and the customer the right of the Federal Republic of Germany applies as compellingly agreed upon.
If a regulation in these trading conditions or an other regulation should be in the context of other agreements legally ineffective or incomplete, then the effectiveness of all other regulations or agreements will not be affected.
